Tristen A. Wiley, CHMM

President

Tristen is responsible for business development, procedure implementation, and oversight of all corporate operations. She has over 30 years of experience in the engineering and environmental sectors, starting with her military service as a heavy equipment operator in the United States Air Force National Guard to her current role as President and majority owner of Wiley Robb.

Tristen has conducted and reported on the environmental status of hundreds of properties nationwide by performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Investigations, Petroleum storage tank closures, Asbestos and Lead-based paint investigations, mold investigations, wetland studies, indoor air sampling, environmental health and risk assessments, pre-demolition surveys, soil and groundwater sampling, and groundwater monitoring. She has held environmental positions with engineering firms in Tennessee and Missouri and has worked as in the environmental insurance industry as a claims adjuster for the Missouri Petroleum Storage Tank Insurance Fund (PSTIF). 

 

Tristen has a Master’s degree in environmental science and currently holds licensure as an asbestos building inspector in Missouri. She is OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER trained with applicable refreshers and is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).

Tristen is an avid outdoors enthusiast and especially enjoys fresh and saltwater fishing, camping, and biking. She spends her free time woodworking, songwriting, and travelling. Ms. Wiley is also a huge sports fan and loves all things Star Wars. She currently resides with her wife, two children, and two Boston Terriers in Webster Groves, Missouri.

Jacqueline R. Robb, CHMM

Jackie  is involved with business development, proposal and report preparation, technical review, and office operations. Her career in the environmental department of a surface coal mining operation, as an engineer with a geotechnical firm, and over 25 years as an environmental consulting engineer and manager have led her to her current position as Vice President and co-owner of Wiley Robb.

Jackie's 30+ years of experience includes hundreds of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments across ten states, as well as Phase II investigations of soil, groundwater, and soil vapor; underground and above ground storage tank removals and closures; soil vapor barrier installation; in-situ stabilization and remediation of contaminated soil; monitoring and reporting of industrial wastewater and storm water; drinking water sampling; hazardous, non-hazardous, and Universal management, disposal, recycling, and reporting; and general environmental consulting.

 

Jackie has a BS in Mining Engineering and has been a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) since 1995. Throughout her career she has been active in the Gateway Society of Hazardous Materials Managers (GSHMM), the St. Louis chapter of AHMP. She has previously served GSHMM as President and Treasurer, and has recently returned to the Board of Directors as Meeting Director. She is OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER trained with annual 8-hour refreshers and is also a Stakeholder on the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) Missouri Risk-Based Corrective Action (MRBCA) Committee.

 

Jackie lives with her husband, daughter, and Skye Terrier in Maplewood, Missouri, where she has served on the Planning & Zoning Commission for 15 years. She loves to travel (especially to historical sites and Disney properties), peruse antique and thrift shops, and is an avid movie and theatre buff.

Dominic R. Euge

Environmental Technician

Dominic has completed several college-level courses in the study of horticulture and turf management, including insect infestations, diseases, fungi, bacteria, pollutant, and chemical components. He specializes in the identification, classification, and categorization of indigenous and non-indigenous plant life as well as cataloging of invasive and non-invasive species.

 

He has participated in several natural resource surveys, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, mold surveys, and indoor air quality surveys. He also has hands on experience as a construction technician where he excelled in logistics, equipment mobilization, equipment maintenance, hand and power tool usage, supplies acquisition, and inventory management. Dominic is OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER trained and is currently working on a B.S. in Horticulture.

Dominic enjoys building video consoles, playing retro video games and spending time with is toddler son.  Dominic,  his family, and their 4 cats live in Valmeyer, Illinois.
